TALENT REPORT

  • Our Talent Report measures critical attributes a candidate should possess to be successful in the role.
    ​For example, a great salesperson should be Resilient - but this is a difficult attribute to determine from a resume or interview.

  • We have Talent Reports for several roles, or we can custom create a report to your specifications. Price will vary depending on the complexity of the report you request.

  • Talent Reports are updated with new candidates daily.

  • Once updated, the Talent Report and candidate resumes will be uploaded into a secure Dropbox folder for you to access.

  • Just a few of the attributes we measure are:

    ​- Self Esteem
    ​- Personal Accountability
    ​- Attitude Toward Honesty
    ​- And over 75 more

INTERVIEW

  • Since candidate information and resumes are uploaded daily, you can conduct interviews the same way you always have whenever is convenient for you.

If you would like to have us handle any part of the interview, we have 2 options available:

  • ​Pre-screen: A simple pre-screen call with a few simple questions you specify - available for $25 per call.

  • ​Full interview: An in-depth interview phone call with one of our experienced interviewers. You can provide as many of the questions as you like, and our interviewer's notes will be included in the candidate's file - available for $100 per call.
