In only 18 months 3 separate clients – initially wanting to hire just 1 rep – instead hired 2! How often have you heard of that happening? They’ve never seen the quality of candidates we deliver.

The market is B2B small to medium-sized organizations, which makes finding the decision maker easy and the sales cycle very short.

Here’s the cool part for you:

• You get paid $750-$1000 when the contract is signed and the same amount when they hire a rep – a total of 25% commission
• You get a bonus if they hire more than 1 candidate
• You get residuals when they come back for more – and they will!

The client has to provide 2 referral introductions based on a special deal we offer them. Those referrals are yours and we’ll show you how to maximize and leverage those open doors. Based on the results we produce, they’ll likely have more referrals than just 2.

You have to be able to source your own leads and appointments for now, but with the referral strategy you’ll have warm introductions filling up your schedule in no time. We’re also working on an effective lead generation plan to be implemented soon.

Set your own hours – you can even do this as a side gig. Your schedule can be as flexible as you want it to be.
